Class Action Lawsuit Regarding Ford Escape Overheating Defect

We are investigating a potential class action lawsuit for an alleged  defect in model years 2010-2015 Ford Escape vehicles. It’s been reported that these vehicles have a defect that results in the loss of engine coolant.  If the coolant levels get low enough, it can result in engine overheating and damage.

Our initial research indicates Ford is aware of this defect and even instituted a recall.  However, the Ford Escape recall does not address the underlying coolant leaks, it simply better monitors the engine temperature to try to avoid overheating. Our investigation also reveals that Ford is refusing to fix this defect under warranty and may refuse to cover the cost of replacing these defective parts.
